My approach
Every couple should have the opportunity to experience the relationship they want and deserve. Your partnership may have weakened over time due to a lack of focus on each other, misinterpretation of each others intentions , fear of showing up, or unresolved trauma.
In our sessions my goal is to provide you and your partner the experience of re-discovering your relationship-maybe just a glimpse in the beginning, but which then grows over time. Achieving this goal depends on trust and an honest intention to work together. From me you will receive the respect, safety and support needed to expand and strengthen your relationship. We will create opportunities for hope in every single session
From you I request feedback about our work together to make sure you remain confident, committed and convinced that the process is working. My methods are evidenced based and my formal training and personal and professional experience of relationships over 40 years provides me with the skills to facilitate sessions which are expansive, deep, bonding and positive. Let me help you find the desired connection with your partner that you want and deserve.
Sometimes its not possible for both of you to be here, but it is possible for one of you to take the lead to improve your relationship.
Find out how you can work with me one on one for positive change at home.
